Description
Tap-N-Cool Soluble Cutting Fluid – GP is a medium duty, non-staining blend of solvent refined mineral oils and specialised additives for extreme pressure protection. Its long-lasting lubricating formula boasts a highly effective biocide package to ensure the in-use emulsion resists forming bacteria and fungus, thereby reducing spoilage and odours.
Soluble Cutting Fluid – GP provides an excellent finish on a wide variety of metals, offering good corrosion inhibition to maintain a rust-free environment for machine tools and finished parts. It remains highly stable when diluted – even when mixed with hard water up to 400ppm, while its application range extends to high speed machines where the primary requirements are
cooling and surface finish.
