Express

Where possible, we offer Express Shipping with either New Zealand Courier or Post Haste, depending on the delivery address.

Orders need to be placed by 3PM to ensure same day dispatch and express delivery.

All orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched on the following business day on an express service.

Express courier is a 1-2 day service. Please allow an extra day for Rural addresses. **

All orders dispatched are tracked internally and tracking details are emailed through our New Zealand Courier/Post Haste system as soon as the item is scanned by the driver.

Express courier charges are based on Areas throughout the country, e.g: Northland, Auckland, Waikato etc.

standard

If overnight is not an option due to delivery location or budget, we use a standard courier service provided by Post Haste.

Standard courier is a 2-3 day service. Please allow an extra day for Rural addresses. **

Free collections

We also offer an option for Customers to collect orders from our Branch in East Tamaki free of charge.

Orders will be ready for pick up 1 hour after placement during business hours. ****

Orders with backorder items

All orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible, however if a ‘back ordered’ item is ordered, it means that item is not available in our warehouse for shipment.

We only enable items to be available for back order if they are sourced locally.

With that in mind, please allow an extra day for in the delivery of your order – as we need to get that item into our warehouse before shipping your order.
